We (ImageTor.com) reserves the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assumes no liability for lost registration links or misplaced file URLS.

Files (images) uploaded to ImageTor.com shall:

• not contain nudity of any kind.
• not be obscene, shall not contains child pornography.
• not violate any local, state, or federal laws concerning decency.
• not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items.
• not contain any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
• not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
• not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, deceptive practices, or securities transactions).
• not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
• not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers.
• not use our system to distribute non-image data, such as executables or MP3 music files.

Uploading any type of the above-mentioned files may result in:

• Immediate removal of that file (image).
• Banning from ImageTor of that particular IP which was used to upload the image.
• Banning / deleting the user account (if was uploaded using a account).
• Refusal of any future services from ImageTor.com to that user.
• Giving warning to that particular user.

ImageTor will perform maintenance services as ImageTor determines reasonably necessary. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime. ImageTor will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime, except in the case that circumstances beyond ImagesTor control limit the ability to do so.
